We have used this single ply aluminum heat sheild on many of our Audi RS3 kits where heat becomes very problematic. There is no air flow in the rear of the engine bay, and radiant heat levels are pretty extreme.
 
Select from the side menu for .5mm or 1mm thickness and  sheet size of 5"x17.25" or 18"x11"
 
Both thicknesses can be formed easily.  Contact us for guidance on forming or stamping for your application. A 5mm air gap is suggested between your heat shield and the protected item whenever possible. 
 
5x17 sheet size is great for half wrapping tubes.
