Turbo upgrades and full frame turbo kits radiate tons of heat.  These aluminum heater core fittings are an inexpensive way to make sure coolant flow at the firewall stays intact over time.  The plastic OEM pieces will dry and crack prematurely near wastegates and turbine housings.
